OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
VACATING CERTAIN UTILITY, ACCESS EASEMENTS
AND RIGHT-OF-WAY IN THE CIMARRON WEST PUD
WHEREAS, the Council has been petitioned to vacate certain utility,
access easements and right-of-way in the Cimarron West PUD as more parti-
cularly set out below, and
WHEREAS, the rights of the residents of the City of Fort Collins will
in no way be prejudiced or injured by said vacation provided that peti-
tioner provide unto the City new easements in the Cimarron West PUD
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that those certain utility, access easements and right-of-way in
the Cimarron West PUD as set out more particularly as follows, to-wit
A parcel of land situate in Cimarron West P U D , a subdivision
of record in the office of the Clerk and Recorder, County of
Larimer, State of Colorado, being more particularly described as
follows
Considering the East line of said Northeast 1/4 of
Section 27, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the 6th
P M , of said County as bearing S 00°04'51" W, and with
all bearings contained herein relative thereto
Beginning at the Southeast Corner of Lot 1, Block No
3, of said Cimarron West P U D , thence along the North
line of Lightfoot Lane N 89°26'57" W, a distance of
85 40 feet, thence S 00°33'03"W, a distance of 20 00
feet, thence S 89°26'57" E, a distance of 85 56 feet,
thence N 00°04'51" E, a distance of 20 00 feet to the
true point of beginning
Said parcel contains 1 ,710 square feet, more or less,

be, and they hereby are, vacated, abated and abolished provided that there
is reserved unto the City nee► easements in the Cimarron West PUD
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
