BY CHANoING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR
CERTAIN PROPERTY KNOWN AS ThE
HOFFMAN REZONING
BE IT ORDAIvNED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLIdS that the
Zoninq District Aap of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, adopted by the
zoning ordinance of\the City of Fort Collins, is hereby amended by changing
the zoning classification from "R-N-P," Medium Density Planned Pesidential
Zoning District, to \"R-L-P ," Low Density Planned Residential Zoning Dis-
trict for the following descrioed property in the City known as the
Hoffman Rezoning
A tract of land situated in the Northeast Quarter of Section
16, Township 7 North, Panqe 69 'lest of the 6th P M , City of
Fort Collins, County of\Larimer, State of Colorado, wnich,
