BEING AN ORLINANCE AMENDING ChAPTER 110
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS,
CGHHONLY h'.XWd AS THE ZOhIP G ORDINANCE AND
CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED
IN THE BPIDGES PEZONING TO THE CITY
OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO, SUBJECT TO SPECIFIED CONUITIONS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That the Zoning District heap adopted by Chapter 118 of
the Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, changed
and arended by changing the zoning classification from "R-L-P" , Low Density
Planned Residential an& "R-P" , Planned Residential Zoning, Districts to
"R-PH , Planned Residential Zoning District, for the following described
prope, ty in the City hnoan as the Bridges Rezoning
A Tract of land situate in the North 1/2 of Section 22,
Townsnip 7 Nortn, Range 69 West of the 6th P it , Fort
Collins, Colorado, which considering the Nortn line of the
Northwest 1/4 of said Section 22 as bearing S 89°51 '65" E
and with all bearings contained nerein, relative thereto, is
contained within the boundary lines whicn begin at a point
on the north line of said Section 22 whicn bears h 69 51 '45"
W 200 64 feet from the North 1/4 corner of said Section 22
and run thence S 00'57110" W 461 58 feet thence S 58*00' E
85 00 feet thence S 35 25 ' 40" l' 151 66 feet S 01*45' E
705 00 feet to a point on the Shctn line of the North 1/2 of
