OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS,
BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR
CERTAIN PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE
SUITTS REZONING
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FOPT COLLINS
Section 1 That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 118 of the
Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is amended by
changing the zoning classification from "T," Transitional Zoning District,
to "I-G," General Industrial Zoning District, foi the following described
property in the City known as the Suitts Rezoning
A tract of land in the West 1/2 of Section 17 and the
Northeast 1/4 of Section 18, Township 7 North, Range 68
West of the Sixth P M , Larimer County, Colorado, which
considering the West line of said Section 17 as bearing
N 000 U1' E and with all bearings contained herein,
relative thereto, is contained within the boundary
lines which begin at a point which bears N 000 01' E

Section 2 That the zoning granted herein is expressly conditioned
upon and subject to the area' s development as part of a Planned Unit
Development, as that term is defined in the Zoning Code of the City of Fort
Collins
Section 3 The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to
amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this ordinance
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
