HomeMy WebLinkAbout052 - 05/04/1982 - REZONING THE OAK RIDGE REZONING ORDINANCE NO 52 , 1982 OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CI I�OF FORT COLLINS BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE OAK RIDGE REZONING BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS Section 1 That the Zoninq District Map adopted by Chapter 118 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is amended by changing the zoning classification from "R-P," Planned Residential District with certain conditions, to "R-P," Planned Residential District eliminating the existing conditions which 1) restrict the use of the property to a maximum of eight dwelling units per acre, and 2) require that the commer- cial allotment not be allowed in this zone, for the following described property in the City known as the Oak Ridge Rezoning A tract of land situate in Section 6, Township 6 North, Range 68 West of the Sixth P M , City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado, which begins at a point on the west line of the Northwest 1/4 of said Section 6 , which bears S 00010' 11 1728 21 feet from the Northwest corner of said Section 6, and runs thence S 89°50' E 396 64 feet, thence N 000 10' E 413 04 feet, thence N 79020' E 380 00 feet, thence 11 15050' 11 610 00 feet, thence N 60035' E 317 90 feet, thence S 12020' E 240 00 feet, thence S 53037' E 215 00 feet, thence East 250 00 feet, thence S 51050' E 135 00 feet, thence S 21038' E 170 00 feet, thence S 43038' E 885 00 feet, thence 57026' E 395 00 feet, thence S 28*42' E 455 00 feet thence S 66014 ' E 370 00 feet thence S 75' 29' 22" E 262 76 feet to the westerly line of the Union Pacific Railroad right-of-way, thence along said westerly line, S 14030' 38" W 1420 00 feet, thence S 89041' 50" W 352 17 feet, thence N 00021'27" W 335 50 Feet, thence S 89034' 19" W 2573 57 feet to the west line of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 6, thence N 00003' 20" E 989 93 feet to the West 1/4 corner of said Section 6, thence N 00010' E 915 81 feet to the point of beginning, containing 154 538 acres, more or less Section 2 The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this ordinance Introduced considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub- lished this 20th day of April__, A D 1982 , and to be presented for final passage on the 4th day of Maw_, A D 1982 May ATTEST 0► " '&� City Clerk Passed and adopted on final reading this 4th day of May A D 1982 Mayor ATTEST %�A•�� City Clerk -2-
