OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CI I�OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS,
BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR
CERTAIN PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE
OAK RIDGE REZONING
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That the Zoninq District Map adopted by Chapter 118 of the
Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is amended by
changing the zoning classification from "R-P," Planned Residential District
with certain conditions, to "R-P," Planned Residential District eliminating
the existing conditions which 1) restrict the use of the property to a
maximum of eight dwelling units per acre, and 2) require that the commer-
cial allotment not be allowed in this zone, for the following described
property in the City known as the Oak Ridge Rezoning
A tract of land situate in Section 6, Township 6 North,
Range 68 West of the Sixth P M , City of Fort Collins,
County of Larimer, State of Colorado, which begins at a
point on the west line of the Northwest 1/4 of said
Section 6 , which bears S 00010' 11 1728 21 feet from the
Northwest corner of said Section 6, and runs thence S
89°50' E 396 64 feet, thence N 000 10' E 413 04 feet,
thence N 79020' E 380 00 feet, thence 11 15050' 11 610 00
feet, thence N 60035' E 317 90 feet, thence S 12020' E
240 00 feet, thence S 53037' E 215 00 feet, thence East

Pacific Railroad right-of-way, thence along said

Section 2 The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to
amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this ordinance
