OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS,
BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR
CERTAIN PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE
ROSSBOROUGH REZONING
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 118 of the
Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is amended by
changing the zoning classification from "RLP," Low Density Planned Resi-
dential Zoning District, to "RLM," Low Density Multiple Family Zoning
District, for the following described property in the City known as the
Rossborough Rezoning
A tract of land situate in the Southwest 1/4 of Section
27, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the 6th P M ,
City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of
Colorado, which, considering the West line of said
Southwest 1/4 as bearing N 00°01'46" W and with all
bearings contained herein relative thereto, is con-
tained within the boundary lines which begin at a point
on the North line of said Southwest 1/4 which bears S
89033'56" E 603 16 feet from the West 1/4 corner of
said Section 27 and run thence S 89°33' 56" E 2038 02
feet to the Center 1/4 corner of said Section 27 ,
thence S 00001'27" E 1481 32 feet along the East line
of said Southwest 1/4 to a point on the Southwesterly
line of the Pleasant Valley and Lake Canal , thence

Section 2 The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to
amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this ordinance
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 18th day of May, A D 1982 , and to be presented for final
