OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AMENDING CHAPTER 118 OF THE CODE
OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS,
COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND
CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED
IN THE COUNTRY CLUB EAST ANNEXATION TO THE
CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
Section 1. That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 118 of
the Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, changed
and amended by including the property known as the Country Club East
Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, in the R-L-P, Low Density
Planned Residential District:
A tract of land situate in the County of Larimer, State of
Colorado to-wit:
A tract of land situate in the West 1/2 of Section 32, Township 8
North, Range 68 West of the Sixth P.M. , Larimer County, Colorado,
which considering the South line of the Southwest 1/4 of said
Section 32 as bearing N 89°57'31" W and with all bearings con-
tained herein relative thereto is contained within the boundary
lines which begin at a point on the North-South Centerline of
said Section 32 which bears N 00033' 14" W 400.00 feet from the
South 1/4 corner of said Section 32 and run thence N 89°57'31" W
2607.45 feet to a point on the West line of the Southwest 1/4 of
said Section 32; thence along the said West line N 00°55'50" W
, 2254.67 feet to the West 1/4 Corner of said Section 32; thence N
00053'59" W 2644.70 feet to the Northwest Corner of said Section
32; thence S 89045'58" E 2638.35 feet to the North 1/4 Corner of
said Section 32; thence along the North-South Centerline of said
Section 32, S 00033' 14" E 4890.09 feet to the point of beginning.
Subject to all rights-of-way, easements, and restrictions as now
in use and of record.

Said property contains 294.7 acres, more or less gross.
Section 2. That the zoning granted herein is expressly conditioned
upon the entire above described property being developed as a planned unit
development in accordance with the Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins.
Section 3. That the City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed
to amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this Ordinance.

lished this 19th day of July, A.D. 1983, and to be presented for final
passage on the 6th day of September, A.D. 1983.
