OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AMENDING CHAPTER 118 OF THE CODE
OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS,
COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND
CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED
IN THE FIRST FISHER-LEMAY AVENUE ANNEXATION TO THE
CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
Section 1. That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 118 of
the Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, changed
and amended by including the property known as the First Fisher-Lemay
Avenue Annexation to the City of Fort Collins , Colorado , in the B-P,
Planned Business District:
A tract of land located in the Southwest quarter of
Section 7 and the Northwest quarter of Section 18,
Township 7 North , Range 68 West of the 6th P.M. of
Larimer County, Colorado , being more particularly
described as follows:
Considering the South line of the Southwest quarter of
said Section 7 as bearing North 89°23'00" East and with
all bearings contained herein relative thereto:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 7:
thence, along the said South line, North 89°23'00" East
a distance of 329.35 feet to Point of Beginning; thence
North 00°49' 51" West a distance of 69.36 feet to the
intersection of the North right-of-way line of Colorado
State Highway 14 and the East right-of-way line of
Lemay Avenue; thence along said East right-of-way line
of Lemay Avenue, North 01°56'06" East a distance of
155.00 feet ; thence South 89°38'00" East, a distance
of 50.00 feet ; thence South 01°56'06" West a distance
of 104.98 feet; thence South 89°38'00" East a distance
of 389.07 feet; thence South 00°22'00" West a distance
of 50.00 feet to North right-of-way of Colorado State
Highway 14; thence along said north right-of-way North
89°38'00" West a distance of 154.50 feet ; thence South
00022'00" West a distance of 249.95 feet to the South
right-of-way line of Colorado State Highway 14; thence
along said South right-of-way line North 89°38'00" West
a distance of 280.71 feet; thence North 00°49'51" West
a distance of 180.64 feet to the True Point of Begin-
ning, containing 2.251 acres.
Section 2. That the zoning granted herein is expressly conditioned
upon the entire above described property being developed as a planned unit
development in accordance with the Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins.
Section 3. That the City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed
to amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this Ordinance .
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 21st day of August, A.D. 1984, and to be presented for final
passage on the 4th day of September, A.D. 1984.
