ORDINANCE NO. 95, 1983
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 118
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND
CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED
IN THE SCHNEIDER 1ST ANNEXATION
OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
Section 1. That the Zoning Ordinance District Map adopted by. Chapter
118 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is,
changed and amended by including the property known as the Schneider 1st
Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, in the I-G, General
Industrial District:
A tract of land situate in the West 1/2 of Section 18, Township 7
North, Range 68 West of the Sixth P.M. , Larimer County, Colorado,
which considering the West line of the Northwest 1/4 of said
Section 18 as bearing N 00*13' E and with all bearings contained
herein relative thereto is contained within the boundary lines
which begin at a point on the West line of the Northeast 1/4 of
the Northwest 1/4 of said Section 18 which bears N 00*13' E
1319.93 feet, and again N 88°53' E 1251 .24 feet from the West
1/4 corner of said Section 18 and run thence along the said West
line, N 00*20' E 600.13 feet; thence S 44*12' E 912.42 feet;
thence S 58005' E 105.43 feet; thence S 47°15' 10" E 253.87 feet;
thence S 52°58'50" E 179.22 feet; thence S 49*07' 10" E 223.66
feet; thence S 52°21'40" E 108.62 feet to the North-South Center-
line of said Section 18; thence along said Centerline, S 00*01'
23" E 578.55 feet to the North Right-of-way line of the Colorado
and Southern Railroad; thence along said North line, N 69°57'58"
W 222.68 feet; and again along the arc of a 8544.4 foot radius
curve to the right, a distance of 1307.88 feet, the chord of
which bears N 65*59' W 1306.60 feet; thence N 21°33'25" E 443.44
feet; thence N 01007' W 162.15 feet; thence S 88*53' W 71.06
feet to the point of beginning, containing 26.5845 acres more or
less.
Subject to all rights-of-way, easements, and restrictions as now
in use and of record.
Said property contains 26.5 acres, more or less gross.
Section 2. That the zoning granted herein is expressly conditioned
upon the entire above described property being developed as a planned unit
development in accordance with the Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins.
Section 3. That the City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed
to amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this Ordinance.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
