OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 118
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS,
COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND
CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED
IN THE TRILBY HEIGHTS FIFTH ANNEXATION TO THE
CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 118 of
the Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, changed
and amended by including the property known as the Trilby Heights Fifth
Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, in the Low Density
Planned Residential District
A tract of land being the West 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of
Section 15 , T6N, R69W, of the 6th P M of Larimer
County, Colorado, being more particularly described as
follows
Considering the North line of the said W 1/2 of the
said West 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of Section 15 as bearing N
89 32 '05" E and with all bearings contained herein
relative thereto
Commencing at the Center 1/4 corner of said Section 15,
said corner being the True Point of Beginning, thence,
along the North line of said W 1/2 of the SE 1/4, N
89032'05" E, 1341 08 feet, to the NE corner of the said
W 112 of the SE 1/4, thence, along the East line of the
said W 1/2 of the SE 1/4, S 00004132" W, 2638 25 feet
to the SE corner of the said W 1/2 of the SE 1/4,
thence, along the South line of said W 1/2 of the SE
1/4, S 89040'28" W, 1337 58 feet to the S 1/4 corner of
said Section 15, thence along the West line of the said
W 1/2 of the SE 1/4, N 00000'00" E, 2634 96 feet to the
True Point of Beginning
The above described tract contains 81 06+ acres
Section 2 That the zoning granted herein is expressly conditioned
upon the entire above described property being developed as planned unit
developments in accordance with the Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins
Section 3 That the City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed
to amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this Ordinance
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 15th day of September, A D 1981, and to be presented for final
