OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AMENDING CHAPTER 29 OF THE CODE OF THE
CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE
ZONING ORDINANCE, AND CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES
THE PROPERTY INCLUDED IN THE
FRONT RANGE BAPTIST CHURCH ANNEXATION
TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS as follows:
Section 1. That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 29 of the
Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, changed and
amended by including the property known as the Front Range Baptist Church
Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, in the R-L-P Low Density
Planned Residential District:
A tract of land situate in the Northeast Quarter of Section 1,
Township 6 North, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M. , Larimer County,
Colorado, which considering the West line of the Northeast
Quarter of said Section 1 as bearing S 00°21'39" W and with all
bearings contained herein relative thereto, is contained within
the boundary lines which begin at the North Quarter corner of
said Section 1 and run thence S 00°21'39" W 72.70 feet to the
true point of beginning; thence S 86°05'26" E 400.77 feet; thence
S 00021'39" W 565.00 feet; thence N 89°38'21" W 400.00 feet to a
point on the West line of the Northeast Quarter of said Section
1 ; thence N 00°21'39" E 589.81 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing 5.3021 acres.
Section 2. That the Director of Engineering is hereby authorized and
directed to amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this
Ordinance.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 3rd day of April , A.D. 1990, and to be presented for final
passage on the 17th day of April , A.D. 1990.
