OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
VACATING THE RIGHTS-OF-WAY FOR
WHITE MOUNTAIN COURT AND BRIDGEFIELD LANE
AS DEDICATED ON THE PLAT FOR WINDTRAIL PARK PUD
WHEREAS,the plat for Windtrail Park PUD dedicated to the public rights-of-way for White
Mountain Court and Bridgefield Lane; and
WHEREAS,the Planning and Zoning Board is considering a final plan for a project entitled
"Care Housing at Windtrail Park PUD", which replats Lots 1 through 21, open space C, D and E,
a portion of open space A and said rights-of-way; and
WHEREAS,the approval of the Care Housing at Windtrail Park PUD requires the vacation
of the rights-of-way dedicated for White Mountain Court and Bridgefield Lane more particularly
described on Exhibits "A" and "B", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference; and
WHEREAS, said portions of the White Mountain Court and Bridgefield Lane rights-of-way
are no longer necessary or desirable to retain for street purposes as White Mountain Court will no
longer exist and Bridgefield Lane will be relocated to the west; and
WHEREAS, pertinent City agencies and private utility companies have been contacted and
reported no objection to the proposed vacation, provided that an easement for utility and access be
reserved unto the City for the right-of-way that was Bridgefield Lane; and
WHEREAS, the right of the residents of the City of Fort Collins will not be prejudiced or
injured by the vacation of said street rights-of-way.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the portions of street rights-of-way,more particularly described on Exhibits"A"and
"B",are hereby vacated,abated and abolished,reserving unto the City as an easement for utility and
access purposes the area as described on Exhibit`B".

A parcel of land situate in the Southwest quarter of Section 23, Township 7 North, Range 69
West, of the 6th P.M., County of Larimer, State of Colorado, being a portion of the Windtrail
Park P.U.D., a subdivision on record in the office of the Clerk and Recorder of said County, and
being more particularly described as follows:
Considering the North line of the Southwest quarter of said Section 23 as bearing South
