OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS,
BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR
CERTAIN PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE
RIVERBEND SECOND REZONING
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
Section 1 . That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 29 of the
Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, amended by
changing the zoning classification from T Transition District to RC River
Corridor District, for the following described property in the City known
as the Riverbend Second Rezoning:
A tract of land situate in Section 17, Township 7 North, Range 68
West of the 6th P.M. , Larimer County, Colorado, and considering
the West line of the SE 1/4 of said Section 17 as bearing
N 00°08'30" W and with all bearings contained herein relative
thereto, begins at a point which bears N 00°08'30" W 850.00 feet
from the South 1/4 corner of said Section 17, said point being on
the boundary of Suitts First Annexation to the City of Fort
Collins, thence along said Annexation N 00°08'30" W 1289.39 feet,
thence S 67°29'00" W 372.81 feet, thence N 67°47'00" W 243.70

Section 2. That the City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed
to amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this Ordinance.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 15th day of November, A.D. 1988, and to be presented for
final passage on the 6th day of December, A.D. 1988.
