AMENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP OF THE
CITY OF FORT COLLINS BY CHANGING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION FOR THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY KN9 N
AS HARMONY OFFICE PARK PARTNERSHIP REZONING
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:

Section 1. That the Zoning District Map adopted by,Cltapter 29 of the Code of the City
of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, amended by changifig the zoning classification from "B-
L," Limited Business Zoning District, to "B-P," Planned Business Zoning District, for the following
described property in the City known as the Harmony Office Park Partnership Rezoning:
COMMENCING AT NW CORNER OF,,SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP 6 NORTH,
RANGE 69 WEST OF THE SIXTH P.M., THENCE N 890 52' E 354.63 FEET
AND AGAIN S 00 5 VW 70 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE

Section 2. Twt/(lie Sign District Map adopted pursuant to Section 29-593.1 of the Code
of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, changed and amended by showing that the
above-described property is excluded fi'om the Residential Neighborhood Sign District.
Section, That the zoning granted herein is expressly conditioned upon the entire
above-described property being developed as a planned unit development in accordance with the
Ordinance��/of the City.

Di act Map in accordance with this Ordinance.
