OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A QUIT CLAIM DEED
BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AND GINO CAMPANA
WHEREAS, on January 1, 1960, Chris Rasmussen executed a quit claim deed "to
the Public for road and rights-of-way purposes," and recorded said deed September
28, 1960, at Book 1125, Page 486 of the Larimer County, Colorado Records; and
WHEREAS, said deed does not constitute a proper dedication of property to
the City and was never accepted by the City of Fort Collins; and
WHEREAS, no public street improvements were constructed on said parcel ; and
WHEREAS, the City has not claimed to have any interest in the parcel of
real property described in said deed, nor is any such interest necessary or
desirable for future public access on or across said parcel ; and
WHEREAS, in order to clear the title to the property, it is necessary and
desirable that the City execute a quit claim deed, relinquishing any claim it may
have to the property; and
WHEREAS, the rights of the residents of the City of Fort Collins will not
be prejudiced or injured by the execution of the proposed quit claim deed by and
between the City and Gino Campana.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
that the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a quit claim deed by and between
the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, a municipal corporation and Gino Campana for
that parcel more particularly described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
incorporated herewith.
Introduced, considered favorably on First reading, and ordered published
this 21st day of December, A.D. 1993, and to be psented for fi p sage on
the 4th day of January, A.D. 1994.

EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED TO AND MADE A PART OF THE QUIT CLAIM DEED BY
AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO, A MUNICIPAL
CORPORATION, AS "GRANTOR", AND GINO CAMPANA, AS "GRANTEE".
✓A parcel of land situate in the Northwest quarter of
Section 15, Township 7 North, Range 69 West, of the 6th
P.M. , City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of
Colorado, being more particularly described as follows:
Considering the North line of said Section 15 as bearing
South 90000100" East and with all bearings contained
herein relative thereto:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of Section 15; thence
along said North line of Section 15, South 90000100" East
2114.17 feet; thence South 00000100" East 612.09 feet to
a point on the South right-of-way of Homer Drive said
point also being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of this
description; thence along said South right-of-way of
Homer Drive the following two (2) courses and distances;
(1) 8.00 feet along the arc of a curve concave to the
South, having a radius of 123.55 feet, a central angle;
of 03042138", and the long chord which bears South
79052139" East 8.00 feet; (2) thence South 81002113" East
30.13 feet; thence along the East line of that parcel of
land as described in Book 1125 at Page 486 as recorded in
the Office of the Clerk and Recorder of said County,
South 07038140" West 99.96 feet; thence along the South
line of said parcel as described in Book 1125 at Page 486
North 81044100" West 11. 00 feet to the Southwest corner
of Lot 6, Roscoe Anderson Subdivision, a subdivision on
record in the office of the Clerk and Recorder of said
County; thence continuing along said South line of that
parcel of land as described in Book 1125 at Page 486
North 78022129" West 5.10 feet to the Southeast corner of
