OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AMENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP OF THE
CITY OF FORT COLLINS BY CHANGING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION FOR THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY KNOWN
AS THE SUMMITVIEW PROPERTIES REZONING
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLIN
Section 1. That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 29 of the Co e of the City of Fort
Collins be, and the same hereby is,amended by changing the zoning cI 1c lion from "T," Zoning
District,to "I-L," Limited Industrial Zoning District, for the following des bed property in the City
known as the Summitview Properties Rezoning:
A tract of land situated in the W '/z of Section 5, Township 7 orth, Range 68 West
of the 6th P.M., Latimer County, Colorado, being more articularly described as
follows: Considering the South line of the SW 1/4 of s d Section 5, as bearing N
89°3637" W and with all bearings containe herein relative thereto.
COMMENCING at the Southwest corner of said S lion 5; thence N 0°00' W and
along the West line of said Section 5, 176.00 eet to the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING-, thence continuing N 0°00'W 295- :41 feet to a point on the centerline
of the Latimer and Weld County Canal, then along the centerline of said Canal

on the South line of Sect' n 5, Township 7 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.M.,
said point being N 89' '37" W 300.00 feet from the S 1/4 corner of said Section 5;

corner of Section 5, thence N 0°26'37" W 1215.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING;thence N 89' 36'37"W 290.40 feet;thence N 0°26'37"W 237.19 feet;
thence N 89°36'37"W 858.49 feet; thence N 0°23'23" E 821.44 feet to a point on the
centerline of the Larimer and Weld County Canal;thence along the centerline of said

Section 2. That the Sign District Map adopted pursuant to Section 29-593.1 of the Code
of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, changed and amended by showing that the
above-described property is included in the Residential Neighborhood Sign District.
Section 3. That the zoning granted herein is expressly conditioned upon the entire
above-described property being developed as a planned unit development in accordance with the
Ordinances of the City.
Section 4. The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to amend said Zoning District
Map in accordance with this Ordinance.
