OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF FORT COLLINS, BY CHANGING
THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR
CERTAIN PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE
SILVERPLUME ESTATES REZONING
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
Section 1 . That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 29 of the
Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, amended by
changing the zoning classification from B-P Planned Business District to
R-P Planned Residential District, for the following described property in
the City known as the Silverplume Estates Rezoning:
A tract of land located in the North 1/2 of Section 27, Township
7 North, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M. , Larimer County, Colorado,
being more particularly described as follows: Considering the
South line of the North 1/2 of said Section 27 as bearing
N 89°33' 18" W and with all bearings contained herein relative
thereto; commencing at the center 1/4 corner of said Section 27,
thence along the said South line of the said North 1/2 of the
said Section 27 , N 89033 ' 18" W, 231 . 69 feet ; thence
N 00°00'29" W, 703.33 feet; thence N 49°32' 17" E, 40.00 feet; to
the True Point of Beginning; thence S 40°27'43" E, 197.00 feet;
thence S 66'57'43" E, 290.00 feet; thence N 23°02'17" E, 260.00
feet; thence N 54°48'24" W, 351.48 feet; thence S 49032' 15" W,
275.00 feet; to the True Point of Beginning, containing 2.76
acres more or less.
Section 2. The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to
amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this Ordinance.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 17th day of April , A.D. 1990, and to be presented for final
passage on the 1st day of May, A.D. 1990.
