AMENDING CHAPTER 29 OF THEOF THE
CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COMMONOWN AS THE
ZONING ORDINANCE, AND CLASSIFYINGZONING PURPOSES
THE PROPERTY INCLUDEDHE
PACE MEMBERSHIP WAREHOUSE FINNEXATION
TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLIOLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CI FORT OLLINS as follows:
Section 1 . That the Zoning District Mop ed by Chapter 29 of theCode of the City of Fort Collins be, and te hereby is, changed andamended by including the property known asPace Membership WarehouseFirst Annexation to the City of Fort Collinlorado, in the B-P Planned
Business District:
A tract of land located i/thertheast 1/4 of Section 2,
Township 6 North, Range 69he Sixth P.M. , County of
Larimer, State of Colorado, particularly described as
follows: Considering the Ea said Section 2 as bearing
N 00*47' E and with all bontained herein relative
thereto: Commencing at thecorner of said Section 2;
thence along said East line N 00*47' E 2681 .70 feet; thence
N 88*45' W 48.40 feet to a POINT OF BEGINNING, said point being
on the West right-of-way ine of U.S. Highway No. 287 and also on
the West line of Fai ay Estates Business Annexation; thence
along said West line 00048'35" E 433.99 feet; thence departing
from said West li e N 88045 ' W 913 . 46 feet to the East
right-of-way line of the Burlington Northern Railroad, said
right-of-way line being 100.00 feet from the centerline of the
said railroad; t ence S 00*53' W 433.98 feet along the said East
right-of-way li a to a point on the North line of Mill Second
Annexation; t nce along said North line S 88*45' E 694.02 feet
to the North est corner of Mill First Annexation; thence along
the North line of said Mill First Annexation 220.00 feet to the
Point of ginning. The above described tract contains 9.1034
acres mor or less and is subject to all easements, restrictions
and righ s-of-way now on record or existing. The above described
tract f land was compiled from existing plats and legal
descri tions. No field survey was performed.
Sec on 2. That the zoning granted herein is expressly conditioned
upon th entire above-described property being developed as a planned unit
develo ent in accordance with the Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins.
