OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING CHAPTER 29 OF THE CODE OF THE
CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE
ZONING ORDINANCE, AND CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES
THE PROPERTY INCLUDED IN THE VINE BUSINESS PARK ANNEXATION
TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
Section 1 . That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 29 of the
Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, changed and
amended by including the property known as the Vine Business Park
Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, in the "I-L," Limited
Industrial Zoning District:
A tract of land situate in the East 1/2 of Section 4 and in the
North 1/2 of Section 9, Township 7 North, Range 68 West of the
Sixth P.M. , Larimer County, Colorado, which considering the South
line of the said East 1/2 as bearing N 88°51'20" W and with all
bearings contained herein relative thereto, is contained within
the boundary lines which begin at the South 1/4 corner of said
Section 4 and run thence along the West line of the said East
1/2, N 00°02'08" E 1135.36 feet; thence N 41052'58" E 218.05
feet; thence N 31°16'52" E 161.04 feet; thence N 13°47'37" E
89.26 feet; thence N 05*56' W 157.65 feet; thence N 16052' W
499 . 15 feet ; thence N 21 °33 ' 05" W 78 . 30 feet ; thence
N 16018'40" W 71.95 feet; thence N 11012'47" W 94.94 feet; thence
N 08048'43" W 91 .40 feet; thence N 03°22'45" W 118.87 feet to the
center 1/4 corner of said Section 4; thence N 00°03'25" E 140.00
feet; thence N 89034'15" E 15.00 feet; thence N 36054115" E
200 . 00 feet ; thence N 55054 ' 15" E 200 . 00 feet ; thence
N 68°34'15" E 100.00 feet; thence N 86034'15" E 1900.00 feet;
thence S 88° 25 ' 45" E 92 . 96 feet to a point on the West
right-of-way line of Interstate Highway No. 25; thence along said
West right-of-way line, S 00026' W 301 .42 feet, and again
S 00044' E 289.36 feet; and again S 00°41'55" E 2535.94 feet, and
again S 85053115" W 568.20 feet, and again S 01008'40" W 60.00
feet to a point on the South right-of-way line of East Vine
Drive; thence along said South right-of-way line, N 88051'20" W
1849.88 feet; thence N 00°02'08" E 30.01 feet to the point of
beginning, containing 167.0706 acres more or less.
Section 2. That the zoning granted herein is expressly conditioned
upon the entire above-described property being developed as a planned unit
development in accordance with the Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins.
Section 3. That the City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed
to amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this Ordinance.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 6th day of October, A.D. 1987, and to be presented for final
passage on the 20th day of October, A.D. 1987.
