OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED REVENUE
IN THE CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins authorizes the Council to appropriate unanticipated revenue at any
time during the year in which such revenue is received; and
WHEREAS, the City has been granted Federal Railroad Crossing Safety
Funds to help pay for crossing improvements on Prospect Road at the Union
Pacific railroad crossing and the Burlington Northern railroad crossing;
and
WHEREAS, these railroad crossing improvements are being constructed as
part of the Prospect Road and Timberline Intersection capital project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated from unanticipated revenue in the
Capital Projects Fund the sum of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY EIGHT THOUSAND FOUR
HUNDRED DOLLARS (E158,400) for railroad crossing improvements associated
with the Prospect Road and Timberline Intersection project.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 19th day of January, A.D. 1988, and to be presented for
final passage on the 2nd day of February, A.D. 1988.
