OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AMENDING CHAPTER 29 OF THE CODE OF THE
CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE
ZONING ORDINANCE, AND CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES
THE PROPERTY INCLUDED IN FRONT RANGE FARMS II
ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
Section 1 . That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 29 of the
Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, changed and
amended by including the property known as the Front Range Farms II
Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, in the IL, Limited
Industrial Zoning District.
A tract of land situate in the Southwest Quarter of Section 3,
and the Northwest Quarter of Section 10, both in Township 7
North, Range 68 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Larimer
County, Colorado, which considering the West line of said
Southwest Quarter as bearing North 00°05' 15" East, and with all
bearings contained herein relative thereto; Beginning at a point
which bears South 89'32'23" East 609. 10 feet from the Southwest
Corner of said Section 3, and run thence South 00027'37" West
30.00 feet to the South Right of Way line of East Vine Drive;
thence along said line South 89032'23" East 943.75 feet; thence
North 00027'37" East 30.00 feet; thence North 47052'00" West
470.00 feet; thence North 61053'30" East 442.39 feet; thence
North 00005'34" West 158.82 feet; thence South 89°32'23" East
1040.00 feet; thence North 00°05'34" West 879.00 feet; thence
North 67°41 '06" West 1050.00 feet; thence North 63°36'06" West
495.00 feet; thence South 00'21 '00" West 868.97 feet; thence
North 89039'00" West 699.97 feet; thence North 00°21'00" West
300.00 feet; thence North 89635'00" West 480.67 feet; thence
South 00°21 '00" West 1036.71 feet; thence South 18°04'30" East
517.30 feet; thence South 83°31'30" East 423.40 feet; thence
South 29.40 feet, more or less to the Point of Beginning.
Containing 79.45 Acres, more or less.
Section 2. That the zoning granted herein is expressly conditioned
upon the entire above-described property being developed as a planned unit
development in accordance with the Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins.
Section 3. That the City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed
to amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this Ordinance.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 15th day of December, A.D. 1987, and to be presented for
final passage on the 19th day of January, A.D. 1988.
