OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY
FROM THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS TO LARIMER COUNTY
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins ("the City") is the owner of three tracts
of land legally described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein
by reference, which tracts of real property shall be hereinafter referred to as
"the Property" ; and
WHEREAS, Larimer County is in the process of reconstructing portions of
Centennial Drive Road which lies adjacent to open space land owned by the City;
and
WHEREAS, as part of such reconstruction, Larimer County has requested the
City to convey to Larimer County the Property in order to widen portions of
Centennial Drive Road; and
WHEREAS, Section 23-111 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins authorizes
the City Council to sell , convey or otherwise dispose of any and all interests
in real property owned in the name of the City, provided that the Council first
finds that such sale or other disposition is in the best interests of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
as follows:
1 . That the conveyance of the Property by the City to Larimer County is
in the best interests of the City.
2. That the Mayor be, and hereby is, authorized to execute such
instruments as are necessary for the City to convey the Property to Larimer
County.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published
this 15th day of January A.D. 1991, and to be presented for final passage on the
5th day of February A.D. 1991 .

"EXHIBIT A"
Tract 1
That portion of those certain parcels of land described in deeds recorded at
Reception Numbers 89021170 and 90015216 on file in the office of the Clerk and
Recorder of Larimer County, Colorado. Said portion being located in Lot 1 of
the Northeast Quarter of Section 1 , Township 7 North, Range 70 West of the Sixth
Principal Meridian, Larimer County, Colorado and is described as follows:
Considering the line between angle point 4 (A.P. 4, found standard B.L.M. Brass
Cap) and angle point 3 (A.P. 3, found standard B.L.M. Brass Cap) as bearing North
02'32'49" East and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto. All
references to angle points (A.P.$) are to those corners established by the United
States Department of the Interior, Bureau of Land Management Dependent Resurvey
and Survey of Township 7 North, Range 70 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian,
accepted April 16, 1954" as shown on the official plat thereof.
Beginning at angle point 3, Thence on a line towards angle point 2, North
47°02' 11" West, 701 .55 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING. Thence continuing
North 47°02' 11" West, 91 .45 feet to angle point 2. Thence on the northerly
prolongation of the line from angle point 2 to angle point 1, North 03°21' 11"
West, 715. 11 feet to the northerly line of said parcel described in Reception
Number 90015216. Thence along said north line North 89°45'49" East, 65.88 feet:
Thence South 02'38'01" East, 664.74 feet to the beginning of a curve concave to
the east, having a central angle of 07014'49" and a radius of 894.93 feet:
Thence south along the arc of said curve 113. 19 feet to the TRUE POINT OF

Larimer County, Colorado. Said portion being located in Lot 5 in the Northwest
Quarter of Section 6, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the Sixth Principal
Meridian, Larimer County, Colorado and is described as follows:
Considering the line between angle point 4 (A.P. 4, found standard B.L.M. Brass
Cap) and angle point 5 (A.P. 5, found standard B.L.M. Brass Cap) as bearing South
19°23'56" East and with all bearing contained herein relative thereto. All
references to angle points (A.P.$) are to these corners established by the United
States Department of the Interior, Bureau of Land Management "Dependent Resurvey
and Survey of Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian,
accepted April 16, 1954" as shown on the official plat thereof.
Beginning at angle point 4, Thence South 19023'56" East, 532.91 feet to angle
point 5: Thence on a line towards angle point 6, South 89°10'48" East, 52.99
feet to a point on a curve concave to the northeast, having a central angle of
11°35'34" and a radius of 1849.86 feet, a radial line through said point bears
South 59°07' 11" West. Thence departing from said line and northwesterly along

of the Southwest Quarter of Section 6, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the
Sixth Principal Meridian, Larimer County, Colorado and is described as follows:
Considering the line between angle point 7 (A.P. 7, found standard B.L.M. Brass
Cap) and angle point 8 (A.P. 8, found standard B.L.M. Brass Cap) as bearing North
89°45'17" East and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto: All
references to angle points (A.P.$) are to those corners established by the United
States Department of the Interior, Bureau of Land Management "Dependent Resurvey
and Survey of Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian,
accepted April 16, 1954" as shown on the official plat thereof.
Beginning at angle point 7, thence on a line towards angle point 8 North
89°45' 17" East, 190.06 feet to the beginning of a curve concave to the southwest,
having a central angle of 07'29'28" and a radius of 2029.86 feet, a radial line
through said point bears North 49°16'09" East. Thence departing from said line
and northwesterly along the arc of said curve, 265.39 feet to the end of said
curve on a line between angle point 6 and angle point 7; Thence departing from
