OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE GRANTING OF UTILITY
EASEMENTS FROM THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
TO FORT COLLINS-LOVELAND WATER DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the Fort Collins-Loveland Water District ("the District") has
requested the City of Fort Collins ("the City") to grant it two utility easements
in order for the District to provide water service to the Center Greens at
Southridge Greens P.U.D. development near the 8th, 9th and loth fairways at
Southridge Golf Course; and
WHEREAS, the two easements requested by the District are legally described
in Exhibits "A" and "B" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference,
which easements shall be hereinafter referred to as "the Easements" ; and
WHEREAS, Section 23-111 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins authorizes
the City Council to sell , convey or otherwise dispose of any and all interest
in real property owned in the name of the City, provided that the Council first
finds that such sale or other disposition is in the best interests of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
as follows:
1 . That the granting of the Easements by the City to the District is
in the best interests of the City.
2. That the Mayor be, and hereby is, authorized to execute such
instruments that are necessary for the City to grant or convey the Easements to
the District.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published
this 5th day of February A.D. 1991, and to be presented for final passage on the
19th day of February A.D. 1991 .

A tract of land located in the Northwest One-Quarter of Section 7, Township 6
North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.M. of Larimer County, Colorado, being more
particularly described as follows:
Considering the West line of said Northwest One-Quarter of Section 7 as bearing
North 00°02'43" East and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto:
