OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
MAKING AN APPOINTMENT TO THE WOMEN AND GENDER EQUITY
ADVISORY BOARD
A.The Women and Gender Equity Advisory Board has an existing vacancy
due to the resignation of Gina Maez.
B.The City Council desires to make an appointment to fill this vacancy on the
Women and Gender Equity Advisory Board.
C.In ;?023, the City Council adopted a Code of Conduct and updated Boards
and Commissions Policy, along with other 'policies and procedures that apply to service
on City boards and commissions. Each board and commission appointee is required to
acknowledge and accept these requirements before taking appointed office.
In light of the foregoing recitals, which the Council hereby makes and adopts as
determinations and findings, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FORT COLLINS as follows:
Section 1. The following named person is hereby appointed to the Women and
Gender Equity Advisory Board with a term set to expire as noted next to the appointee's
name:
Women and Gender Equity Advisory Board
Appointments Term Begin Date Term Expiration Date
Ryan Hayden-Young (Seat B) Immediately upon adoption of March 31, 2028 this Resolution
Section 2. No person appointed in this Resolution may take office until they
have complet�d the required acknowledgement and acceptance of the Code of
Conduct and th� applicable laws and policies that govern service on City of Fort Collins
boards and commissions.
