Dear Sir:
This letter is to.request that in the future your form C-404, Report of
Building Permits Issued and Local Public Construction, be directed to
William E. Waldo, Chief Building Official, City of Fort Collins, P. 0. Box
580; Fort Collins, CO 80522.
For some unknown reason, this form has always been sent to the City Clerk's
office. It has become increasingly difficult for this office to complete
the form as we are not familiar with the terminology and do not have access
to the information requested. As a result, I am sure inaccurate information
is being furnished..
I have spoken with Mr. Waldo and he has agreed to have the form completed
in his division.
