Dear Building Owner,
The Larimer County assessor's office lists you as the owner of the above referenced address.
This letter is to inform you that we have received multiple complaints from residents on Osiander Street
that your properties, which all have expired permits, are being used and potentially vandalized by
vagrants. This issue puts you in violation of Section 301.3 of the 2021 International Property Maintenance
Code (IPMC) as adopted by the city of Fort Collins.
20211PMC Sections:
301.3. Vacant structures and land. Vacant structures and premises thereof or vacant land shall be
maintained in a clean, safe, secure and sanitary condition as provided herein so as not to cause a blighting
problem or adversely affect the public health or safety.
This notice allows you 30 days from the date of this letter to have all referenced properties boarded up
and secured. Please notify me within 30 days of the date of this letter to verify that the above item has
been corrected.
Failure to comply with this notice of violation is grounds for the City of Fort Collins to issue you a citation
to appear in court and fines up to 3,000.00 dollars per day from the date of the violation.
