Reason for Requesting Inspection:
Management company has hardly done any of the work they were supposed to do before move in.
I am concerned mostly about the furnace not being to code and it has not been inspected. There
There is possible electrical issues in the kitchen and a chandeiier hanging from a carabiner as it
looks like it was ripped out of the ceiling. The lights in the basement make a buzzing noise when
turned on. No repairs to major wall damage or paintinq have.been done as promised.
The refrigerator and microwave are damaged. M
