Professional Engineering Consultan~ (PEC) reviewed field taken photos of installation of the
steel beams on the project listed aoove. See attached appendix. To the best of my information,
knowledge and belief, the structural headers and masonry reinforcing appear to be in
compliance with the structural construction documents, and all discovered discrepancies have
been reported and/or resolved.
PEC did not perform any code mandated special inspections and testing, if required by the city
building official, and did not perform visual site inspections.
