At the time of observation, vapor barrier had already been installed on top of the drain. However, we were able to determine that a drain had been installed adjacent to the interior walls of the crawl space and we also located the sump pit that had been installed in the northeast corner of the crawl space. Based on our observations, it is our professional opinion that the installed drain system meets the requirements of the Fort Collins amendments to the International Residential Code.
