owned by the City of Fort Collins. Verizon Wireless Ulill
install a 7' x 17' outdoor equip_ment cabinet on a new
concrete pad within a fenced 15 x 25' leased area. The
lease area will be fenced with chain link and screening
to match the existing lease areas by other carriers
(Sprint). The existing tower is located just west of S.
Bryan Ave in City Park near ball diamonds.
