Dear Saint Aubyn Homes:
As requested, personnel of RMG – Rocky Mountain Group observed the footing and foundation
formwork and reinforcing steel for the above referenced multi-family residential property and
found them to be in substantial compliance with the design drawings prepared by RMG – Rocky
Mountain Group for this structure. The concrete encased electrode system was placed in the
footing and meets the requirements of Article 250.52 of the 2014 National Electrical Code
(NEC). The footings were observed on March 10, 2020 and the foundation walls were observed
on March 13, 2020.
