As requested, we provided residential construction observations for Lots 9-10, Block 2, 3319
Green Lake, at the Townhomes on Vine Subdivision. We were scheduled for the following
observations to date:

Foundation Wall Steel/UFER 9-19-19 Pass
Drain/Dampproof 9-26-19 Pass
The information in our project files indicated there are no outstanding discrepancies for the
items listed above and that each was installed in general conformance with the project plans.
