second level), and 916 sq. ft. unfinished basement
under addition. Work to also include the stabilization of
existing house with Helical Piers. Work to include all
necessary plumbing, electrical and mechanical, a new
HVAC system including ductwork will be installed
throughout the entire house and new water heater
