Work Description: 3/18/2019 - Received addendum to add coverings to patio structures
Scope of work includes 2nd and 3rd floor: Change of Use/ Occupancy to
convert existing offices at the former "Historic Linden Hotel" to include 4
residential dwelling units. The 1st floor contains "Nature's Own " retail
space to remain. The 2nd floor scope of work includes: 3 units; Unit 240:
1,442sf.; Unit 220: 2,706sf.; Unit 200: 787sf. The 2nd floor will also contain
a common area shared exercise room (429sf) . Third floor scope of work
includes (1 large unit - 3,936 sq. ft.) of existing building which will include 2
partially covered roof top patios; west - 1,097 sq. ft and East 684 sq. ft.).
This project also includes adding a mechanical penthouse to roof, and
