B6 FORT COLLINS, COLORADO 80525 Reference Address: SADDLEBROOK TOWNHOMES, FORT COLLINS, CO. (MULTIPLE ADDRESSES) This letter is to inform you that the above referenced properties are in violation of the following sections of the International Codes as adopted by the City of Fort Collins: The 2018 International Residential Code Sections R105.1, and amendments adopted by the City of Fort Collins regarding the installation of electrical lighting at the above referenced properties without permits in place prior to construction. The 2017 National Electrical Code regarding the definition of Service Equipment, Article 230 Part VI regarding Service Disconnecting Means, and section 230.82 regarding Equipment Connected To The Supply Side Of Service Disconnect all regarding the use of a meter and its disconnect location as a house panel instead of installing a sub panel for a house panel on each building. Permits must now be obtained by the date listed below in order to avoid fees being accessed. Also consider this Code'Correction a Stop Work Order. The following list of addresses are buildings that will require permits for the installation of House Panels and the refeed of already installed electrical lighting are: 5124 Stillwater Creek Dr 5133 Stillwater Creek Dr 5121 Stillwater Creek Dr 5108 Stetson Creek Ct. 5125 Stetson Creek Ct. 5126 Stetson Creek Ct. 5132 Stetson Creek Ct. 2130 Copper Creek Dr. 2142 Copper Creek Dr. 2218 Copper Creek Dr. 2120 Copper Creek Dr. 2138 Copper Creek Dr. 2202 Copper Creek Dr. 2220 Copper Creek Dr. 2133 Copper Creek Dr. Page 2 Should there be any other buildings in the complex that have additional lighting installed and the lighting is being powered from the Service Equipment Disconnecting Means on that building they should be included in the permit process for house panel and lighting installation. These Code violations shall be corrected by: 8/2/2020 If you can not comply within the time limit specified, please contact this office and explain any mitigating circumstances. Samuel W.
