This letter is to inform you that the above referenced property is in violation of the following
sections of the International Codes as adopted by the City of Fort Collins:
The 2018 International Residential Code Section R105.1 and amendments adopted by the City of
Fort Collins regarding the remodel of the residence without a permit in place prior to starting
work at the above referenced address. A permit must now be obtained by the date listed below in
order to avoid fines of up to $1000.00 per day per violation. Also consider this Building Code
Correction Notice a Stop Work Order.
