This letter is to inform you that the above referenced property is in violation of the following
sections of the International Codes as adopted by the City of Fort Collins:
The 2018 International Residential Code Section R105.1 and amendments adopted by the City of
Fort Collins regarding the repair of the chimneycp without a permit in place prior to construction
at the above referenced address. A permit must now be obtained by the date listed below in
order to avoid fines of up to $1000.00 per day per violation.
These Code violations shall be corrected by:
