Dear Mr. Schneider,
At your request, we conducted framing observations on April 27, 2020 at the above referenced
site. The purpose of this framing observation was to observe the revised roof framing above
Tap Room West and the revised main floor under Tap Room East. We observed the floorjoists,
main floor beams, posts, rafters, roof beams and hangers. These items were all installed as
recommend on the CTL Thompson, Inc. framing plans dated 04/02/2020.
