Where water pressure exceeds eighty (80) p.s.i. a pressure
regulator shall be installed by the owner.
Plant Investment Fee and Installation to be paid.
Proof of ownership must be presented prior to the
collection of any fees.
Backflow prevention devices are required on all irrigation
systems. Yearly testing by a certified tester is required.
Commercial properties are required to submit an ELCO
backflow prevention application.
