Observation Dates: June 12th (2 visits), 17th & 25th, 2018
Items Observed: footing and foundation sizes and reinforcing, UFER ground,
perimeter drain and dampproofing
Notes:
Observations indicate the footing and foundation sizes and reinforcing are in general
conformance with the plans as noted above. In addition the UFER ground has been installed
in accordance with NEC recommendations. The perimeter drain and dampproofing has been
installed in general conformance with the geotechnical recommendations for the project.
