Dear Mr. Paulick:
On July 9, 2019, Jaren C. Tolman, of Felten Group, Inc., visited the site referenced above. The
purpose of our site visit was to walk the site and observe conditions relative to the shear and post
requirements of the building. Small portions of the structure had been covered with wrap and/or
siding prior to our site visit. Some areas of wrap, siding, and sheathing were removed to verify
particular elements of installation. We were able to verify all required holdowns at the site and
the shear throughout the entirety of the building with the exception of the areas covered prior to
our site visit. Based on our observations, it is our finding that the exterior shear and posts are
installed in accordance with the plans and specifications provided to our office while on site.
