This letter is to inform you that the above referenced property is in violation of the following
sections of the International Codes as adopted by the City of Fort Collins:
The 2018 International Residential Code and amendments adopted by the City of Fort Collins
regarding construction of at least (4) detached structures without permits and located too close to
property lines, construction of a fence taller than 6' without a permit, and construction of a lean
to style addition without a permit to the east side of the house, all at the above referenced
address. All structures will need to be permitted or removed by the date listed below in order to
avoid fines of up to $1000.00 per day per violation.
These Code violations shall be corrected by:

mitigating circumstances.
