Gentlemen:
On December 131" and 17"', 2018, a representative of Weeks & Associates observed
footings foundation wall steel at the referenced site. Observations indicate the footing,
foundation steel reinforcement are in substantial accordance with the engineered
foundation plan for the project by Weeks & Associates. In addition, the electrode had
been placed in the duplex and detached garage in accordance with the
recommendations by NEC.

On December 281', 2018, Weeks & Associates observed the perimeter drain at the
referenced site. Observations indicated a 4" diameter perforated pipe had been
placed around the exterior perimeter of the basement foundation at each unit and
sloped to a sump pit in each unit. The drainpipe installation is in substantial
accordance with the perimeter drain recommendations for the project. In addition, the
exterior of the foundation walls had been damproofed.
