As requested, we provided steel and framing inspection services for the Clubhouse and
Pergola at the Village on Shields, Fort Collins, Colorado. We have reviewed our project files to
determine if there are outstanding discrepancies for our services related to this project. We were
scheduled for the following number of tests or observations to date:
Date Observation
February 20, 2018 and July 31, 2018 Reinforcing Steel Observation
March 5, 2018 and August 29, 2018 Weld and Bolt Inspection
March 30, 2018 and October 4, 2018 Framing
The information in our project files did not indicate any outstanding discrepancies for the
items listed above that were tested and observed by CTL|Thompson, Inc. To the best of our
knowledge, the services described above were generally performed in substantial conformance with
the project plans, specifications, and structural revisions.
