As requested, Earth Engineering Company, Inc. (EEC) personnel have completed the construction
observation services you requested for the referenced project. Those services included observations of
the foundation drain placement and damp proofing at the referenced lot. The results of those observations
are included with this report.
On July 3rd, 2018, EEC personnel observed the foundation drain for the referenced project. The
foundation drain consisted of 4-inch perforated pipe and was connected to a basement sump pit. The
gravel and filter fabric was in the process of being placed at the time of our observations. The damp
proofing consisted of a grey spray-on coating that appeared to cover all exterior below grade living areas
of the basement walls.
