As requested, we arrived on site on this date to observe the applied dampproofing material on below -grade living space foundation
walls. The portions of the dampproofing we observed were applied to the foundation walls that are planned to be below -grade, finished
space areas and we believe the observed dampproofing was applied in general conformance with our recommendations. If you have
any questions regarding this information, please call. Observations were conducted on a part-time, on -call basis.
