Mr. Schreiber,
This letter is in regards to a perimeter drain and wall damp proofing inspection for
the residence referenced above. Inspections were performed on January 23rd and
January 29`h, 2018.
Conclusion, the inspections revealed acceptable conditions for the drain system
and foundation wall damp proofing, they are in compliance with the design plans
and will function as required.

This letter is in regards to an open hole and a footing inspection for the residence
referenced above. The inspections were performed on December 15'hand
December 20t', 2017, respectively,
Both the open hole inspection and footing inspection revealed acceptable
conditions, both are in compliance with the design plans and will function as
required.
