This letter is to inform you that the above referenced property is in violation of the following
sections of the International Codes as adopted by the City of Fort Collins:
The 2015 International Residential Code Section R105.1 and amendments adopted by the City of
Fort Collins regarding changing the rear garages to dwelling units at the above referenced
addresses without permits in place prior to the construction. You now need to obtain permits by
the date listed below or return the structures back to their original occupancy in order to avoid
fines of up to $1000.00 per violation per day.
These Code violations shall be corrected by:

mitigating circumstances.
