The Latimer County assessor's office lists you as the owner of the above referenced address.
This letter shall serve as a first notice that an inspection of this property was recently performed,
the purpose of which was to determine the condition of the building.
The inspection determined that the house on the property is not secured. The northern most
garage door has missing windows and the plastic previously covering the opening has fallen off.
This opening needs to be secured with something more suitable for securing the building.
Failure to comply with this order will result in either the City of Fort Collins hiring a company to
secure the building and billing the owner or a summons to Municipal Court being issued to the
lawful owner where fines of up to $1,000 per day can be assessed.
Please notify within 30 days of the date of this letter to confirm the building has been secured.
