RE: Fenestration Letter for 251 Osiander St, Permit # B1509017 and 253 Osiander St, Permit #
B1509034
I have inspected and passed the fenestration and door installation at 251 and 253 Osiander St.
The windows were and doors were properly installed. All sealants and proper flashing materials
were applied to the proper location and in the proper sequence. The install meets the
requirements of the City of Fort Collins' 2012 IRC Amendment Section R703.8.1. Proper sill
flashing and air sealing were completed.
